Texas Cop CAUGHT Hitting Player on Purpose — This Was No Accident

A Texas cop made the news over the weekend for what seemed to be an accidental bumping-in-to of a South Carolina football player.

I was tagged in this post several times and after looking over the video, I will say with all professional certainty, this was intentional by the cop and he committed a crime. But, as we all know by now, nothing will come of this.
